BOOM company agreement

This agreement is between BOOM AE L.L.C-FZ (“BOOM”) and each courier using the platform. By registering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these terms. The agreement is governed by UAE law.

1. Service agreement

  • BOOM is a technology platform connecting customers with independent couriers.
  • Couriers are independent contractors, not employees of BOOM.
  • Disputes are subject to applicable UAE law and Dubai courts.

2. Courier responsibilities

  • Provide timely, professional delivery services and handle packages with care.
  • Follow traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Maintain valid Emirates ID, UAE driving licence, vehicle registration and insurance.
  • Complete verification and use the BOOM app for delivery communications.

3. Payment terms

  • Delivery fees are shown in the app and payments are processed to the registered account.
  • BOOM may deduct applicable service fees and taxes.
  • Disputed payments should be reported within 30 days.

4. Insurance & liability

Couriers must maintain valid vehicle insurance and report incidents promptly. Package protection and maximum liability are subject to the limits shown in the platform and applicable UAE law.

5. Legal compliance

All activities must comply with UAE federal and local laws, required licences, sanctions rules, anti-money laundering rules and UAE data protection requirements. Couriers must be at least 18 years old.

6. Account termination

Either party may terminate in line with the agreement. BOOM may suspend accounts for policy violations. Outstanding payments, return of property and data retention remain subject to the applicable terms.
